I thought they were good - just as little too expensive...
Able to fit in an appt promptly. Service was excellent and informative. Fortunately, there was nothing wrong with my jacuzzi and it was just a error with the settings, but he took the time out and explained instructions to me in detail. Little pricey (approx $100 for service call and $100 for 1 hour of labor = $200 for having nothing that even needed fixing), but he explained that for the future, most problems could be solved over the phone.
They were great.
Quick response, arrived when they said they would be there and provided friendly and professional service.
They did a great job and aided us in opening the spa.

The serviceman took the time to teach us the proper maintenance of the spa and is ordering a part and coming back to install. The price was reasonable. The only downfall was that our appointment was made for an arrival between 10 and 2, but he didn't come until after 3pm

Clearwater Spa was awesome. They came out when they said they would, they gave me 1/2 hour notice so that I would be ready for them, the did an excellent job fixing the problem, and they also gave me some free guidance on how best to maintain my hot tub going forward. They were absolutely fantastic. Highly recommended.
