John could't have been nicer, very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. A very good experience. Kim's scheduling and response was also excellent.
Response time was good. That is the good thing I experienced with Clearwater Spa Company. John installed a filter and pump on our pool on 5/21/15. It is 5/30/15 and the filter is still not working after numerous calls, texts and emails. We have no instructions or warranty which he was going to drop off on 5/21/15. John received $1980.00!!!
He was very professional and friendly. He answered all my questions which were many as I am new to hot tubs.
