This company provides excellent service at a very reasonable price. I bought a home recently with an outdoor Jacuzzi spa and had no experience with one. The previous homeowner left about 30 bottles of various "treatment" products and directions for caring for the spa that were torturously long and complicated. I called Clearwater and John Pine came out to do a service check and to teach me how to properly care for the spa. Wow, what a value that visit was to us. Very professional, knowledgable and they had my hot tub up & running with the appropriate parts in no time.
TOTALLY SHOCKED. After their initial repair, there were still leaks. They came to fix it but there were still leaks. They came again but this time they said they needed to order another part which is fine. However, they wanted to be paid for the parts already installed and additional labor cost and I said I would pay when the project is done.
