I had my reservations about using the internet to find a qualified and competent spa repair service, but went ahead and went through the drill not expecting it to fulfill my needs. Boy was I wrong...John Pine called me before the printer was done printing his contact information - it was literally within a minute of me hitting the send button. They responded promptly to our request and came the next day. They charged a very reasonable amount to check out our hot tub and diagnose the problem. Unfortunately, it is more than we want to spend or we definitely would have them do the work.
They returned my call within the hour, diagnosed the problem by the end of the business day, and had my spa up and working again by the end of the week.
Prompt & courteous. We would definitely use them again
He called me right away, in fact, while I was still on the computer. The information that he game me helped me to take care of the problem myself. That's not something you will find much these days. He was great!
