From the initial call to setting appointment this family owned company was friendly, professional and maintained communication regarding expected appointment time. The technician knew within 15 minutes what the issue was because he clearly has years of experience and recognized the timing of the breaker tripping indicated the failure of the culprit. He was so personable, kind and polite. It was a pleasure and the price was right for sure!! I would highly recommend this company!!!
I hired Clearwater to come out to my house and fix a jetted tub with jets that will not power on. John came out and diagnosed the problem. He said it was a complicated fix because it was a complicated tub. He made a call to the tub maker and make searches on his iphone. He came to the conclusion that he would be able to fix it by retro-fitting it. It would work in an on/off capacity and heat, but will not be able to have jet sequencing. I agreed that was acceptable. Initially great,but after 10+ attempts to reach them following a temp. repair completed, have yet to receive a call back. Have been trying to reach them for 2 months now, all you get is answering service. Which is indeed claiming to pass on the message.Extremely disatisfied by what initially appeared a great company.

After agreeing to pay a service call for us to troubleshoot the spa customer refused to do so once we completed troubleshooting. Customer claimed that the spa was under warranty. We let her know that we are not a warrantee service center for this manufacturer but we would do our best to get this done if it is at all possible. Had second opinion done and found that the service man was way over charging me by almost $1400.00.

This is simply not the case. I went to this call and found the spa to be frozen solid with ice in the lines. I gave the homeowner instructions on how to thaw the lines and offered to come back to re-check the spa at no additional cost. I only recommended that he consider upgrading the spas equipment because it is older than 25 years old and some of the parts are no longer available. I would have gladly returned at no charge to troubleshoot the system once the lines have thawed and given him a less expensive alternative. Not ... read more
I was having a hard time finding a company willing to come out a look at a problem I had with my hot tub. I found home advisor and gave it a try....Very fast call back...great customer service...showed up when they said...fixed my problem at a reasonable price.
