RecommendedI cannot say enough wonderful things about HCA. Over the last 5 weeks, my 17 month old has visited TX Children’s urgent care 4 times and TCH emergency room twice. She has been diagnosed with multiple ear infections, bronchiolitis, pneumonia and is always sent home with antibiotics that seem to help for a couple days and then has experienced setbacks. RecommendedHCA Houston Clear Lake has been such an exceptional hospital. My husband broke his hip and the emergency staff was great. The ER nurse, Amber was excellent. So professional and are of my husband's pain. He did not want to get any heavy pain meds. Amber discussed the pros and cons and listened to my husband. His surgeon, Dr Moulton was amazing. RecommendedThe PICU unit is the best in the area, bar none. The staff LOVE their job and have fun doing it- and THAT makes all the difference, especially with children! They are patient, thorough, wise, and take care of you as though THEIR life depends on it. PLUS- free parking!!! Thoroughly impressed.

Recommendedseriously the fastest ER wait time ever. my son saw a doc in 3 minutes from walking in the door. it's nice to be at a ER that treats my family's emergency like an emergency.
This hospital is a joke. My wife is being shuffled from waiting room to room in excruciating pain for 4.5 hours now and all we hear is no beds available. Drs are doing consultations in the waiting room discussing private matters with total strangers around: the staff has no idea where patients are and laugh about it. This is absolutely ridiculous.
RecommendedMy son just received a card filled with stickers in the mail from his pre and post op nurses, Amanda and Danielle. Another reason we LOVE Clear Lake Regional!!
