The valet service is a mess. I can’t leave the hospital because of this incompetent system. No valets to get my keys or my car!! Help!
They didn’t do NOTHING for my dad after a bike accident. They tried to rush him out of the room before even getting dressed and told him he could get dressed in the hallway and let him walk out with blood dripping all through the hospital! I will NEVER be back! You are better off dying than going to this TERRIBLE hospital!
Came to the Pedi ER after a trampoline park accident. We received more than exceptional service! Love having such a great facility with a pediatric ER in the area!
to clear lake regional medical center Paul Anders Well, I layed in my own feces for a week since the nurses would not assist in any way shape or form in the third week of June 2018. I asked the nurse JACKLIN to empty my urine bottle and she said it was not full. are you kidding me, it sat there for three hours....never any assistance to the restroom or offer.... RecommendedI could t have dreamed of a better experience with Having my baby girl there. Not only me, but her dad also was treated like royalty. When we decide to have another baby, I’ll definitely be delivering here again. I can’t say enough about this hospital and their staff. Hands down the best.
Surgery center is s-l-o-w. The staff tortured my wife for 1/2 hour trying twice to put in an IV using the new ultrasound technique they obviously needed more training to use effectively. They gave up and a senior nurse had the IV in within 5 minutes using the old fashioned way. We arrived at 11 am. She wasn’t taken to the OR until 1 pm. Got to the recovery room at 5:30. It is now approaching 8:00 pm and I’m still waiting to see her.

Do not come here if you don't like having your personal medicine that you give to the staff to hold onto, stolen. My grams just got discharged today and when she asked for her personal medicine back they gave two of them back when she brought four up, and when they showed her the paper with the two prescriptions and a signature she instantly knew that wasn't true, they had waited for her to be under the effects of her medicine to have her sign it. Their Labor and Delivery team is top notch! I didn’t know what to expect having my first baby but their nurses and staff went above and beyond and made us feel very comfortable!
