My husband has been to Clear Lake Regional several times and has yet to get proper treatment. No medications were ordered to be given and etc.

Absolutely zero communication between nurses, PT, doctors, each other, and families. Nursing does not recognize obvious signs of CO2 distress/poisoning in COPD patients, nor are they all aware of a surgeon's after-care orders. So beyond done with medical facilities.
My grandmother is 88 had a stoke. They were fine in the ICU. Then transferred her to the recovery floor with no signs of improvement. Actually was worse then I seen her from in the morning. I show up she started choking on vommit and I had to roll her over and clear her air way as the nurses just strolled in. She can’t even hit the button to call for help. Then the charge nurse comes in say there isn’t much they can do. The way she put it it’s pretty much sink or swim from this point. The worse part is her symptoms get worse... read more
every time I've been sick with cancer this is the place to go
Don't go to this hospital. A patient with my name first and last name stayed at this hospital on 11/25/18, but yet I am getting the bills. I have received multiple medical bills and multiple collection calls over the past several months, and have made several calls to the medical companies who are billing me, and even called Clear Lake Regional Medical Center in February, a woman told me she would straighten it out. I received AWESOME care at Clear Lake Regional Hospital - Orthopedic Wing. Each and every staff member (and there were a lot) that I had interactions with treated me like family and/or a great friend. My interactions were with the Trauma Dr’s - Dr. Welsh and Dr. Breaux. They visited me frequently and made sure I was doing okay. All of the nurses and nurse techs were amazing.
