Best hospital in Clear Lake.
Hospital staff, nurses, techs, and doctors were great in the Heart Tower. But, the ER is horrible. Dirty and unresponsive. Did not even care we wanted to leave when admittance took over 2 hours and still not ready.
my 88 year old mother was taken in via ambulance with a blood pressure of 196 102. they did blood work cat scan. they gave her tylenol and something to bring down her pressure. they told me my mom was ok she was still complaining of a headache when they retested her blood pressure it was 204 106. they told me there was nothing they can do for her and discharged her. they let her leave the building with her iv still in her arm. er doctors and nurses are so rude and just leave sitting there all day waiting for meds and when you do get as room the nurses are just as rude and never give you your meds on time .and even lie to the doctors saying they are given them to you .when they don't.
Don’t go here for a problem they are a joke. I went to the Pearland location because i had a kidney stone that was stuck creating a blockage. I never saw a doctor at all just a nurse that told me the problem and that i was being admitted and transferred to the Clearlake location for surgery. I got to Clearlake where i was out in the Er where i never even saw a urologist and was sent home and told to follow up with the urologist at his office all with no insurance by the way. I had the worst experience with a surgical tech named Sarah Ross McConel she was really unprofessional with the way she treated me and honestly it makes me think that this hospital is the most unprofessional ever. If they ever want to have me back they need to change her because I felt so attacked. She treated me like i wasnt there paying to be taken care of and she insulted me, personally I feel insulted about my ethnicity. Literally if I could rate 0 I would
