The Staff and Nurses have all been so amazing taking us through this ordeal with my mom breaking her rt Femer. I can not express how much comfort it gave me to know that my mother was in great hands. We put our trust in the Dr's and Nurses and Gave it up to GOD to guide them and lead them where he needed them to be. With the Power of Prayer and perseverance from my Mother and Staff she is on her way to a full recovery. Nothing is going to hold her back at 76 yrs old, look out World she's back..... Was their this weekend for 24 hours for the birth of my grandson. Very disappointed and shocked over the lack of cleanliness. Having to be in a waiting room for over 24 hours I never saw any staff pick up or cleanup any areas on our floor. Both bathrooms near our waiting room were very dirty and even one sink had blood in it. The cafeteria in which we ate 3 meals at was not cleaned for the whole 24 hours. Absolutely filthy. I am leaving today with my newborn. As my stay here was amazing I would like to say that my nurses and the baby nurses were fanatic with us. Great bed side manor. Very outgoing and always have a smile on their face! They made me feel as comfortable as I can get. My nurses Wendy and Shasta were the best nurses I have ever had. Not to mention the nurses I had for pre op as well. I forgot her name but she was wonderful too. My sons nurse Andrea, she's amazing. I've been fortunate to have always received excellent service and care and this time was just the same. The pediatric department was so patient and kind with my daughter and really was considerate of her needs. We had no wait time and were In and out in less than an hour or so.
I was there for a hysterectomy on the 11th of this month. Everything went great. The staff was extra helpful. Even the housekeeping was nice. I strongly recommend this hospital. Very clean.
I have been using this hospital all of my life. No more. Something has changed. I was there last week, and I was very unhappy with my experience. I went in complaining of shortness of breath and my AFIB (irregular heartbeat) was bothering me. I complained of numbness in my left arm and tingling. They put in an IV took several tubes of blood. Everyone there was so nice. My cousin is in NICU and I got turned around twice and staff actually took the time to ask if I need help. Very impressed.
Worse hospital ever my baby was here and the staff have poor care for there patients food is horrible and cleaning is horrible my room was durty for 2 day no one came to clean
