My son and I have been in pediatrics for over a week and these nurses are phenomenal. There is one nurse though that stands out, Ms. Latrisha, she cared, nurtured and was so attentive to all his needs. We thank you. You will always be in our hearts.

My husband just had a stroke, he's a dialysis patient and needed medical attention. Postered plastered every where that they are not a shelter! I have a home above water, he needed medical attention. I was told they could not help and handed a sheet with telephone numbers. They were to busy trying to decide what they were going to eat! Really!!

I can't vocalize how truly grateful I am for the postpartum nursing staff enough! For a first time mother, and not to mention during hurricane Harvey, the birthing experience has been incredibly stressful. The "A team" ladies are truly remarkable. They have been on lockdown working this week with smiles on their faces. I know they have to be missing their families, wondering about their homes, and simply be exhausted from being here 24/7. Still, they were so helpful and genuinely happy to help. Starting with my night nurse K... read more

I wil try to NEVER go back here!Got there at 6am to where I was told to go. Sent me upstairs- WRONG! Then I was sent 'next door'; sent me walking thru a dark alley BEHIND the hosp- it turned out to be TWO BLDGS DOWN! I was so po'd when I got there- the correct bldg. WTH didn't they tell me to drive?! The lady then lied and said she told me correctly! How do you confuse ' 2nd floor upstairs' with ' 2 buildings down the street'?? If she had admitted her mistake I would've felt different but to act like I'M stupid, hell no! Peo... read more

Came in unexpectedly in labor and had no doctor because I recently moved to Texas. Jamie in labor & delivery helped me so much especially since my contractions were too close and my body was ready to push she made sure to put me first and kept cheering me on. I got assigned Dr. Eddie and he was so kind and amazing I'll continue to see him as my GYN. The labor and deleivery team tried to make it as quick as possible for me without putting me and the baby in danger due to the fact I was past the point of getting pain meds! I w... read more

Expensive. We were charged $36,811 for my wife's 4-day stay, $7,000 for the baby's stay, $7,261 for the medic, $7,570 anesthesiologist. My wife and I just had a baby here (c-section), the attention was in general "just good", nurses do a fantastic job though. I'm disappointed that I asked for an itemized bill and just would not get it, the lady in the billing department was extremely rude...
