Avoid this place at all costs!! When you're admitted into the hospital on the verge of a diabetic coma, you would assume that they'd send an endocrinologist or even an attending Dr to see you. Nope! We were there almost 2 full days, never saw a Dr, only saw a PA after multiple complaints to the nurse (who was really great & called the dr personally), and were discharged via laptop somewhere in the hospital! Never saw a single dr the entire time we were admitted. You can bet I'll be checking the bill closely when it comes!!
I had my daughter there in Sept 2016. First baby...no idea what to expect. They give a temporary birthing nurse who was not friendly at all. Later I get a different nurse who was much better but she also informs me she will be getting off in a little bit and I'll have yet again another nurse. 1st epidural came out during active labor...never felt such horrible pain. Well first of all my mom has been in the hospital for over a week. They said she will require a surgery but they want to wait till she gets out of the hospital so she can do it as an outpatient, however they will not discharge her. She is basically just sitting up here racking up her medical bills. This is where it gets interesting, tonight while visiting her she gets a call on her cell phone from Clear Lake regional. Went to pedi care. My son had a broken toe. They took excellent care of him. Everyone was great..
I don't like that hospital they have a new hospital but not many resident doctors I went there and they miss diagnosed my problem payed them and still getting statements called and told them I was not paying any more.

Everyone did everything they could to help me. I was in a great deal of pain and I left in a pleasant mood.
Beverly S. In Admitting was knowledgeable, interested, and had the best customer service skills I've encountered in a long time. I recommend this medical center to those in the region. I was seen quite promptly and professionally by everyone I dealt with during the entire scheduling, admitting, and imaging processes, and was impressed beyond my expectations.
I love this hospital everyone is so nice and they treat u very good.
