I was very disappointed with my postpartum recovery experience at Clearlake Regional Medical Center. The nurses treated me poorly. They did not provide time with my newborn soon after delivery. They left me alone in L&D room for close to one hour after they left with my baby for nursery checkup. We were in a room without any windows for over 24 hours while waiting for a room in postpartum unit. My experience so far has been wonderful!! Despite the circumstances, the staff has been great. During a family member having surgery, they are great at keeping you informed of the progress. I very much appreciated that!!!
Went to just visit a friend, the cleanest hospital Ive ever seen ,all staff were very professional
Everybody here has been so kind and have gone above and beyond to make my son and daughter-in-law feel comfortable after delivery of their daughter wonderful staff and nurses
I have always joked about this hospital being horrible but it was proven again this weekend. My 86yr old mom was admitted Friday with a small stroke and the care was nonexistent. I had to ask for iv fluids to be started and ask for test for UTI (very typical in elderly) and they didn't start IV for 2 days.They never gave any of her home medications for her entire stay. took my 11 month old to the pediatric er and they were amazing. went above and beyond. the nurses were excellent
Always have great experiences here. Yesterday I had to bring my 16 yr old to the emergency room after cutting his finger. Great service and never have I been in and out of an emergency room in just 1 hour until yesterday. Great job to the pediatric emergency nurses and doctors.
No problems, staff and medical team were excellent.
This was one of the worst experiences of my life. After a failed LP I was admitted to try again in AM with X-ray help. My BP keeps spiking and it took 5 hours to get my BP meds. They are supposed to be checking my BP every 2 hours. Hasn't happened. They were supposed to give me pain meds for my back since they hit a nerve TWICE in my spine and nothing. These people haven't even offered me a drink of water. Now it's almost 4am, the A/C doesn't work well in this tiny room. No water and at this point what's the point of asking?... read more
