I had Dr. Peter Ibarra and his attitide was horrible. From the moment I got there it was like he could care less whether I was there or not. He gave me nothing but attitude and when my boyfriend and I were asking him questions he completely cut us off not even letting us finish the question and told me to talk to my doctor even though i told them I do not have a doctor
They need much help I pray I never have to go back there
we sat there for almost 12 hrs waiting on a ambulance ride to Houston hmmm wonder how much the insurance got billed for us just sitting at the hospital waiting on a ride when I could have just taken my child myself but I got told no I could not do that what a waste of our time and the insurance company's money a lot nicer people though then at Mainland medical center in tx city
I was in for a Hysterectomy by Da Vinci, had a great experience. Went to check in and went right to my room to get set up. Did not have to wait at all. My Nurse Lucy was Awesome and made me very comfortable & helpful. My surgery team was great also. I had an excellent experience @[159734353719:Clear Lake Regional Medical Center] & would definitely recommend this Hospital..
Unorganized. Had to wait 5 hours for a signature just to start a procedure that was approved and scheduled the day before. A six hour day became an eleven hour day.
The Dr. didn't consult with us, until they were discharging my son. And he has a concussion! Then Dr.Dark violated HIPPA laws by telling me a person was in the ER today 110 hrs constantly trying to commit suicide. So my son was not critical enough to be admitted. Over crowding had many ppl waiting insane hrs for rooms. She was also impersonal and snarky, with no compassion for my 20 yr old son WITH NO SHORT TERM MEMORY! AND his eye gashed open! My daughter had her first baby there and they have taken really great care of her! Very clean and great staff. I had my son there 22 years ago and it was great back than too!
Sitting here so livid...my 10 year old had an upper GI this morning...we were told I would be in the recovery room when she woke up, and here I sit in the waiting room and they will not let me go back until she is fully awake!! That is NOT what the nurses told us before the took her back!!! Do not lie to my kid!! She was scared enough and the sorry nurses just straight koed to us!!
Very nice place, great staff, very clean. Great place to have a baby!!!
