I will write a more in depth review after we are discharged, but it's sad to see this hospital going downhill in terms of cleanliness. We have been coming to the Heart Tower since it opened and this is the dirtiest that I have ever seen it. The second floor cath lab waiting area has stains all over the carpet, dirt around air conditioning ducts on the ceiling tiles, furniture all over the place crammed together as if it's moving day, windows facing parking lot are filthy as well as elevators and bathrooms not working (very d... read more
Here's what I think. There's very little communication between the hospital staff and the attending physicians. My wife had surgery this weekend and she was transported to a room following surgery. I had to track down and chew out a nursing staff member just so she could get some pain meds. Also when we were told we would be able to leave within one day. We were ready to go home and nobody was giving us a discharge. When i asked the nursing staff they said they have not received the discharge order from the attending. When I... read more
Was told there was nothing that could be done for me and was sent home and told to see a specialist, that is the final and last time I go there and the last time I went in may for the same thing they failed to tell me what was wrong nor did they go over my CT scan result and diagnosed me with abdominal pain. Seriously ridiculous.
Rushed my hubby in today at their ER because he had a hard time breathing, extremely high BP, hands clamping, and speech slurred. I got there before 11 am and NOBODY was outside. There’s a sign that says “complimentary valet parking” but NO ONE was there. I saw a car further in front of me and 2 nurses were trying to get someone on a wheelchair. Fastest, most thorough PEDI ED visit ever!! They took care of my little one in no time!! Staff and physicians are the most caring I've ever seen!! Wouldn't go anywhere else �!!!!
First I thank the people who took my husband and I in the ambulance to CLMC . The roads were so flooded that I couldn't drive . The nurses were the best, kudos to Eunice, Megan and technician Jessica ! Thank you for making this experience unique for me and my husband in the Heart Tower.
My daughter had emergency surgery after Harvey. My emotional state was a roller coaster. Some of the staff lost everything yet each was full of compassion, patiance, and understanding. I can't say enough about Dr. Q. Pham & Dr. Rungta amazing work. God Bless!! Thank you.
