Richard was the best!! I just purchased a civic from classic Honda. Prior to visiting classic Honda, I went to 2 other Honda dealers and by far classic Honda was the best!!!Richard Lamaute helped me and he was so pleasant and professional. Dishonest Service Department I took my 2014 Honda Accord in to be serviced because the tire pressure light came on. I was told that both of my front tires had a nail in them. They said that one could be patched for $25, but the other couldn't be patched and definitely needed to be replaced for $150. Thinking I could get the work done much cheaper elsewhere, I declined the dealership's offer to service my car and took it to an independent tire shop just 1/2 mile down the road. Great customer service I had to have my car serviced & Maribel Franco was able to get me in right away. She went over everything with me, as far as price and what service/repairs would be done. I hate taking my car in, but if i have to, Maribel is the best to work with. Makes my not so pleasant experience (paying lots of $$) seem not so bad. She is all about the customer & their needs and would recommend her to anyone.
