My visit was excellent, my advisor Matthew Hidalgo was very professional and he explained everything throughly so I could understand what was going to get done.
Without question, this was the most pleasant car buying experience in recent history. Qui Duong Is the most polite, honest and personable salesmen that I have had the pleasure of working with. We explained to Qui Duong what we (my daughter and I) were looking for, our budget and concerns and boom. We found the best car, with the best package and price. As always expected, having my car serviced at Classic Honda is always a first class experience, although a minor problem occurred after I drove my car home. I immediately called Classic to report the problem and I was accommodated right away. I brought my car back the following day. I've purchased my last two cars at Classic Honda and have always been happy with the service I've received. Yesterday Dwight Dowe had me in and out in just a little over an hour for a complete oil change, tire rotation, inspection and change of battery. Dwight was friendly, professional, and made me feel like a valued customer. The waiting area is comfortable and I never dread "taking my car into the shop" when I need to bring in my Honda for its regular scheduled maintenance.
I got my new civic lx yesterday at Honda classic in E collonial, my dealer, Alireza Goodarzi, was a perfect man. He described me in details any thing he knows about the leasing, finance, or even buying used car. He was really honest and tried to get a great discount for me. I really appreciate what he did for me yesterday.
I got in my car Monday after work to discover my battery was dead.... I just sat there... praying. I tried 1 more time and luckily my car started, I went straight to Classic. Upon my arrival (after 5 pm...) I was quickly greeted with a warm smile and a friendly, “Hello, how may I help you”?
