Dishonest Service Department I took my 2014 Honda Accord in to be serviced because the tire pressure light came on. I was told that both of my front tires had a nail in them. They said that one could be patched for $25, but the other couldn't be patched and definitely needed to be replaced for $150. Thinking I could get the work done much cheaper elsewhere, I declined the dealership's offer to service my car and took it to an independent tire shop just 1/2 mile down the road. I had an overall good experience. Dane was extremely professional and answered every question I had. Some of the other employees seemed to have a little too much free time at the workplace and we're not professional.
Maribel Franco she is the most prettiest person I have ever met she knows her job she is very courteous polite and help me out everytime I come to the dealership she is one of your best Associates and her position she is awesome she does a great job
I would very happy with my experience at Classic Honda. Qui Duong was the saleman who assisted me and I was so impressed with his knowledge if the vehicles and his desire to make the process work for me. He was amazing and I will go back to him and Classic when it's imw for my next car
One of the main reasons I stay with Classic Honda is Josh Swiernik. He's never tried to sell me something I don't need, always is quick to fix something that needs fixing...and never treats me differently because I'm female. I encountered that at another Honda dealership in town, and left that business entirely to come to Classic Honda. When I buy a new car the next time, it will be because of Josh. Thanks!
Great customer service I had to have my car serviced & Maribel Franco was able to get me in right away. She went over everything with me, as far as price and what service/repairs would be done. I hate taking my car in, but if i have to, Maribel is the best to work with. Makes my not so pleasant experience (paying lots of $$) seem not so bad. She is all about the customer & their needs and would recommend her to anyone.

Purchased a pre-owned van here for my wife and could not be happier with the experience, from beginning to end everyone in the dealership was friendly and eager to help make our experience as painless as possible. Came in pre-approved by an outside finance company and had some problems with them, Classic Honda went above and beyond to work with us and the finance company to satisfy us. Thank you to the entire staff, we will be referring friends.
