CONFIDENCE at CLASSIC HONDA I bought my Honda Pilot in 2005. Great staff, great service!! My daughter and I have taken our Hondas to Classic Honda since 1997. Our 96 Honda Civic was my first Honda, now passed down to my daughter. I have a 2004 Element that I just love. The service has always been great and we love the secure feeling that comes from knowing that they are aware of the history of both cars. They also let us know of future maintenance that will be required so we can budget time and money. The Classic Honda staff has made us feel like family. Thanks, Classic Honda!
Dave and Honda never been better! Dave is the best service advisor i've had and I been owning a honda for years now. Hes always on top of things and makes sure its a in and out process and always taking care of what I need. He answers questions and doesnt get annoyed at repeating things. Faulty products I am from Canada...bought two cars there over Christmas 2009 The cars are sold AS IS..fair enough. But one of them had hidden problems that you could not find if you were just looking at it. When I returned home and discovered the problems they just told me..too bad you bought it AS IS and you probably caused the problems (bent rims).
Mr. I have to say that the Classic Honda staff (Dervin, Maribel, and Dave) have always provided me with excellent service. Even when I didn't have an appointment, they worked me in. In addition, they don't try to provide services I don't need which is greatly appreciated. I took my car to someone else a few years ago and had to have my car serviced 4 or five times for the same thing just to get it right. Classic Honda gets it right every time. best severice rep hands down maribel franco is by far your best service reps. currently live about 1 mile from new dealership in clermont but will continue to come see maribel at classic no matter where i live in central florida.
