I went yesterday to do the 1st oil and filter change to my new 2015 CRV that I bought here. I will like to take a time to let know to Mr. Joshua Swiernik how much my husband and I appreciate his outstanding service. Dwight dowe is a true gentleman! Helped getting our car serviced, fixed some wrinkles with the warranty on the car, and even invited us to a customer appreciation day where we won a $100 gift certificate. Best employee they have by a long shot
We were very happy with the work done on my car. Gerald Alaniz was very helpful in getting it done Quickly & made sure all the necesary maintenance was done including tire rotation & replacing a light bulb.
Dustin Pearson was an excellent service agent taking care of my auto needs. He even made sure that besides the courtesy wash, he had the interior vacuumed out. I wished the person who did the vacuuming paid for attention to getting all surfaces vacuumed. The passenger seat behind the driver had a bad of orchid bark in a bag and instead of moving the bag and vacuuming under it, he did not vacuum it at all leaving my car with 3 perfectly clean mats and one messy one with dirt and leaves from moving plants.
dwight dowe did a excellent job with helping me with 2007 Honda CR-V. He was very polite and his customer service skill is very excellent!!!

Karen Tureck My Honda is 13 years old with over 100,000 miles. So I rely on Classic Honda to do a checkup to see what the tolls of age have produced. Dustin Pearson worked well to continue my faith in Classic Honda. Even though there were issues with the timing belt, he was able to schedule the car to be serviced and ready on the same day. He coordinated the shuttle service and kept me informed of the cars progress. He did an excellent job and maintained my faith in Classic Honda.
