I purchased a 2017 Jeep Cherokee Laredo from Classic Honda. After having the car fro two weeks, I noticed the floor was wet and mold on the rugs. The mold was old and there had been previous leak issues with this vehicle. I took the car back and asked for a full refund. The manager was very rude and said he need to go and speak with the company lawyers. I agreed that they could service the vehicle and I would give them a chance to fix this problem. Alex Zapata was great- super helpful without being pushy. He really listened to my concerns and needs, then assisted me with finding the right vehicle! Michael Marcinowski as the Finance person was also incredibly helpful with discussing options! Super service, glad I decided to stay with Honda, and this dealership!
My first experience with Classic Honda was a good one. It was convenient to schedule a service appointment online. The service manager, Jay Banks, was professional and knowledgeable. My service was punctual and efficient. Any questions I had were answered. I will continue having my car serviced there.
Gary Bowen was wonderful to work with at Classic Honda. He quickly responded to my email request for information and scheduled a convenient time to meet. The vehicle I was interested in online was no longer available, but Gary showed me an alternative with the same options and a better price. The process was easy and fast.
