Perfection, which is rare these days in the sevice business especially in Florida. I called Classic Honda service and was lucky to get Joshua Swiernik on the phone. Called on Thursday afternoon, asked about having running boards put on my new Honda Pilot. They did not have them in stock but Joshua told me he could have them by 9AM the next morning. Ask for Maribel Franco I drive an hour to come to this dealer for service bc of Maribel, even though I have another Honda dealer 20 mins away. She doesn't try to sell you service you don't need. Every time I go for service, I feel confident her group of technicians are giving my car great care. If she were ever to leave I honestly don't know where I'd service my car. Classic Honda is extremely blessed to have an advisor like Maribel representing them.
