On 11/14/2022 I had an appointment at this location and I was treated very poorly by 2 workers . I was dissatisfied with my service I had questions and concerns and the workers was very dismissive of me to black women . They were very rude to and when I ask the lady question about my paperwork about my insurance she replied she trying to get me in out. I visited Clarkson Eyecare on August 5, 2021 for them to redo the glaucoma test. Please note that I have vision insurance and they accepted it at the initial visit. When I went back to retest they said that the Vision Insurance could not be used again and that I had to use my Health insurance. Please note at the time of my visit they said the cost of the visit was $99.00 and that I would be responsible for a 70.00 for a co-insurance. i have been waiting weeks without any updates on the status of my contact lenses. When I call I get an answering machine and have yet to get a return call. I go on a trip in a few days and relied on Clarkson to do their job appropriately so I can see while on vacation. Ive been double and triple wearing my DAILY WEAR contacts out of necessity due to not having my prescription I paid for. Bad Business Dont Go To None Of The Locations Very Unprofessional They canceled my appointment 3 times And I Already confirmed I was coming Then on my last appointment I confirmed I was coming got a text the day of appointment said they will see me at my appointment I get there and they canceled my appointment Shaking my head Just Close ALL Clarkson Eyecare Down *********************** Better Took My Business Elsewhere Best Move I Made!!!!!!!!!

I was told that my slot had been given to someone else because I had not responded to their voicemail message. I never received any message. I would have responded if I had received it. Because out system pre-appoints former patients one year out for routine exams, we have no way of knowing if an appointment date or time will work for a patient, so we ask them through text or phone call multiple times to confirm. Mind you a prescription was filled about two years ago. That being said, I picked up my glasses the day before I was leaving on a trip at the Fairview Heights store only to find out that both pairs were given the wrong prescription. I had to drive 2 1/2 hours to find a Clarkson to take care of that problem once I got where I was going to. Since then Ive popped them in at least 4-5 times myself in both pairs and had a Clarkson store put back in regular glasses three times at the store hoping the problem would be fixed. Clarkson on highway 67!! Horrible customer service! My contact was supposed to be delivered to my home, not the office. Well, I was informed that my contacts were not ordered because of a system error. Only after I called for an update Fast forward! My contact was delivered to the office and not my home. I asked nicely if they could correct the error. I was told it was no way it could be repackaged and delivered to my home.

Service was good, but billing is really bad. I visited Clarkson EyeCare office in Chesterfield commons, for a regular eye exam on 1/13/2022, after the service, the front desk confirmed with me that there is no copay. Later I received the bill, and there was a $49 copay, I called the office, one lady checked for me and confirmed again there is no copay, and she told me she will send the information to billing department. 3 month later in May 2022, I received the bill again with $49 copay.
