I've been waiting on my glasses for over a month now. I've contacted their employees and a supervisor and no one was able to explain the delay to me at the time. I called them again and spoke with another associate who stated that the lab broke my glasses and they are not able to provide me with a date on the arrival for my glasses. Then I asked them how will they compensate ********* said it's nothing they can do at this time.

I had three appointments 11:10, 11:30, 12:00 for me and my 2 girls. We arrived at 11:18 (accident on highway). We were told the doctor was running behind and would only honor two of our appointments. I let my two daughters have the appointments although this was totally absurd. I even asked to see their tardy policy-they couldnt show me one. If your going to buy a new pair of glasses dont buy them from Clarkson Eyecare! Ive bought glasses previously from Clarkson without incident but this time its a nightmare.I ordered my glasses from the High Ridge store on Oct 26th 2021. I recently had cataract surgery. As a result I no longer needed bifocals just readers. After having bifocals for year it got to be tedious having to put glasses on just to read and then taking them off for distance. I had readers everywhere, in the kitchen, in my bedroom to read at night and by the computer. So I decided to go to Clarkson for bifocals, clear for distance, magnified for close-up work. The treating eye doctor is great but the service at the front desk had dropped down horribly; especially since the original company got bough by Clarkson. Really, I do not know whom to blame at that point. They front desk manager is horrible. She says something and then negates it when it is time for a service. Went to Clarkson Eyecare for eyeglasses. Dr was great but person helping me with frames and lenses was horrible. To begin with she added insurance on eyeglasses without asking and without giving me any information on the coverage. I later looked into the coverage on line, did not like the terms,! found it was optional, and was able to have the coverage taken off and refunded. Attempted to give this office a second chance after a bad experience in March. Went in early for my appointment and was told I needed to wait for the manager because there was a problem with my insurance. I sat patiently for the manager for 20 minutes and called my insurance and resolved the issue. When I finally got to speak to the manager and told her the issue was resolved she said my appointment had been cancelled since I was more than 10 minutes past my scheduled time. Went to one in plant city fl. Dr was nice. Walked me out to front desk where he informed front desk that I needed to see neurologist ASAP as I have lost vision in my left eye.
