I'm very disappointed with the change from ***** ****** to Clarkson. I have been a customer for many years. NO LONGER! There is an higher than normal emphasis on sales. I don't feel the service from many staff members is the quality I had become accustomed to. Though my prescription was valid through October 4, the doctor felt that it should expire September 20th. I guess it was an emotional decision? She has refused to give me my prescription for the last two weeks and now it expires tomorrow. First she lied and said i did not return for my follow up after getting some trial lenses. Been a 15 year customer of 20/20 eye care. Today I found out it became Clarkson ********* The receptionist offered me a late appointment today because they had a cancelation. I gladly accepted because they did not have any Saturday appointments per my request. I left work early for my appointment and communicated with the office that I had ran into a small traffic issue. I took my daughter for an Eye exam at the Imperial, MO location and also got an eye exam myself. During the exam, I mentioned that my daughter had good luck and was comfortable in Acuvue contacts. The Dr. insisted that a different brand would be better for her, so we got some trials for the new kind.
