Great company answers my questions in an understandable manner. Fast service both when my car was totaled and when my basement flooded.
As a 26 year employee at my school with no record of a worker's compensation claim in my entire employment history, after 6 weeks, I am still waiting to receive "the phone call" so I can make a doctor's appointmentI'm glad it's not an emergency or a complicated case.

I Have filed an insurance claim with hanover insurance since january 1st and I have not had much communication from the company . My adjuster is Keith Cwho barley answers a call, email, or text message. Everytime I call , I would get the run around .It makes no sense that with all of money that I havd paid into this insurance company that they cannot communicate throughly! Nothing but constant rate increases! We've had no claims the past year yet, they raised our auto over $700 and our home $400!!
Waited on hold for over 20 minutes to file a claim only to talk to someone who didn't have the first idea how to help me find the policy info that she herself requested, and promptly hung up on me when I requested a transfer to someone who could assist better. Train your employees, Hanover.

Lol what a joke. We had a car accident that was 100% the other party's fault. We have the police report that states she was at fault and she was given a written warning. There is also dashcam video. Yet Hanover is disregarding all this and is trying to say it's a 50% 50% at fault. How can that be when our vehicle was hit by the other car. She was also able to drive away whereas we had to be towed away. Lawyer time now. How unprofessional.
