Great insurance company that helps us with all our needs. Have not needed to file a claim yet but I have always gotten responses to any questions. Would love to see prices go down some especially if you havent needed to file any claims,
Hanover did up the hit and run on my truck,everything was fixed ,life is a lot better
We have had Hanover Ins for both home and auto since the 1990s. Fortunately weve had only a few auto accidents. One regrettably (a few decades ago) was my fault, car totaled, summons received and was also hospitalized. Hanover was great!Two years ago we suffered a flooded basement and had to put in a claim and again the company was great. Hanover is pricey compared to many other companies but our experience has been very good and thus weve stuck with them.
Deplorable. They will do nothing while your car sits in the shop for a month and a half while they sit on your claim ignoring it. They also lie to you. They will tell you your car is being worked on but in reality they don't send over any approvals to body shop so they can work on it. They also tell you they will give you 12 gracedays with vehicle since they dropped the ball. Then take it back and now make you pay for the extra days.
I have been with the Hanover group for years now. It is easy to file a claim but can be taxing to get a response to questions from some adjustors. It was my first time filing a home claim and the adjustor was very friendly but after the initial phone call I could never get help with any of my questions via phone or e-mail. Have not had a claim but they are always there for my questions. A homeowner policy has 2 sections, contents and dwelling. Contents coverage what is specifically listed, dwelling/other structure...covered unless listed as "not covered"...read your policy.
Worst company I have ever known. I have insured my house. Unfortunately, an insured event happened and I sent a claim to "Hanover". Firstly, they never call and report on the progress of the claim. In the denial of compensation they write false and fictitious information about the causes of damage, so that the reason for the refusal corresponds to the clause of the contract that allows them to refuse. Worst company ever. Was injured 3/7 and it took a week and a half to contact me for treatment. They never respond to calls or emails. When I advocated for myself to get treatments and answers, ****** tells my chiropractor I'm a huge pain in the a** Talk about unprofessional and inappropriate. Do your job and I wouldn't have to call and email constantly to get answers. Still waiting for approval of some PT sessions.I pray my employer goes with a new company. It shouldn't come down to having to get a lawyer to get results.
