I have had a claim with Hanover Insurance since March and have not heard anything yet. My kitchen flooring was damaged from a leaking dishwasher that **** *** installed. The claim was sent in April, I have called and left messages and sent emails and have had only limited information from Hanover.

I cannot believe the situation my husband was put in tonight. Do NOT use this company for your car or renter's insurance. He has been stuck on the side of the road for over 3 hours even though we were told it would be an hour or less. We were told the truck was 10-15 minutes out several times as well. I was lied to, completely disrespected, and even hung up on. For our renters, we had a flood and have not gotten anything resolved as far as the damages that we have gone through due to the flood. Adjuster jude and his manager darcy s******* were both very condescending, extremely inappropriate, lacked any and all professionalism. I've had Citizens insurance for 2 years and I have been very pleased with the coverage. We've had 2 accidents (first ever for spouse and I), and a glass claim. All were handled expertly. Having shopped around with different carriers, the price was very competitive and I decided to renew for my 3rd year.

Our HOA insurance is with Hanover, which is exactly where my nightmare began. we filed one claim with my homeowners insurance over high wind damage they came out to the house of course looked and denied it O well find we payed out of pocket .Two years later Our Town got hit with four days of massive rain the town's drainage system couldn't keep up with all the rain so our basement back flooded and our sump pump cannot keep up with it so we lost our hot water heater or central air unit . My house was hit by an EF2 tornado 10/20/19 my claim has still not been resolved. 3 different inspectors claim the roof needs full replacement. Everyone of my neighbors have their roof fully replaced. Hanover wants to send a 4th inspector to lift up every shingle (since the 3rd inspector did not get on the roof) I'm open to send anyone pictures that can help. My HOA insurance is with Hanover, which is exactly where my nightmare began. As soon as I filed a claim with my homeowners insurance things were being worked on in a timely manner. A few months ago, I filed a mini torte with Hanover for a car accident that happened in June. The driver had run a red light and was found to be at fault. My car was totaled. It took a very long time and several different attempts to contact some who I could work with to file the documents that they asked for to receive my deductible payment. I was hit by a customer of theirs and I get nothing but the run around.!
