@cvgairport. Flight landed at 3:50 pm, it’s now 5:25pm and still no luggage. You SERIOUSLY need to work on your ground crew. This is completely unacceptable.
What is the point of having airport parking enforcers when they don’t do anything??? This airport is an embarrassment! They allow people to idle in their vehicles instead of sending them along or to the cell phone lot. While waiting for our ride, we couldn’t get anyone to move so we could load our luggage and children into our vehicle. We asked a parking enforcer dressed in yellow to get someone to move and he shrugged his shoulders. It would be well worth your time to send your employees to observe another airport.
Going to dinner we had to detour from DoubleTree through the airport parking garage due to construction. In order to do so we had to get a parking ticket. The parking line was long because the parking attendant was super slow. By the time we finally got to the booth (20 minutes later) and told him what happened, he insisted that he has to change me $3 for parking! I explained again what happened, his response was, “I’ve got a long line, so just pay the $3 and you can leave!” Worst customer service ever!!
Horrible treatment of the vacation airlines...had trouble because of this crappy airport leaving and returning
Do not check your bags and expect them to get off the plane in a reasonable amount of time. It has been an hour since I walked off the plane and still no baggage on the carousel. Hundreds of people waiting for their baggage on July 3 rd at 10 pm!!!!!!!
The airport is easy to get around. Staff is very friendly, which helps start your vacation on the right note. I have read some of the reviews regarding receiving baggage can sometimes be slow...I have never had that issue. Longest I have ever waited is 15 minutes.
Worst experience ever!!! They refuse to get luggage off the plane but they will for other planes. Their workers are nasty and hateful. I’d rather pay more money to fly out of somewhere else than to ever come through this airport again. My advice is to never fly from here or in to here if at all possible.
