Only my third time flying, but every time I have flown through CVG it has gone smooth. Never have had any issues with checking in or getting my luggage.
Just returned from vacation. Our check-in process took almost 2 hours before security. Upon returning our flight was due in at 7:15pm. It is currently 10:25 pm. We are still here waiting on baggage. We are traveling with a 5, 4, and 1 year old. Never have this problem in Dayton. Our business will stay in Dayton from now on. -unhappy Mom.
Your machines to weigh the luggage caused major delays and people missed their flight. Waited 13 hours for the next one. You want tourists to visit here?? Your actions don’t reflect that.
CVG is a great medium sized airport. Free wifi and outlets. Doesn't having the seating issues like the larger airports. In the last year CVG has begun to add more restaurants and shops. Really happy with the strides being made.

I love this airport. It’s very functional and the staff is efficient. Everyone is very friendly. Plenty of seating and places to charge your devices. Nothing negative to say!
I travel several times a month for work and been through many different airports. CVG is by far the best one. Easy to navigate, TSA lines are always fast and never have a issue with getting my luggage. It helps that the prices to fly out of here is very reasonable.
Over an hour delay to load everyone’s bags. Going on to 1.5 hours now. Never again will I go through this shit hole.
