What’s the point of an on time arrival if you wait an hour for your bags???!? Now well over an hour waiting on our bags From American Airlines. This is really unprofessional. Come on guys. Get it together.
RecommendedAlways easy to navigate, and TSA at CVG usually has pretty short line comparing to other airports. Being able to check on CVG’s website about the TSA wait time is a big plus!

Terrible baggage claim system. If you are going to increase your carriers and flights, you need to have the staff to support that. As simple 4 flights landing at an airport should not bring your baggage claims to a grinding halt!
Glad to have the regional airport of the year in Cincy/Northern Ky! Thanks for working hard for us! But Cincy team, you have got to fix that international customs flow for those of us flying international and trying to get back into the country. I fly all over and it is the worst! Send the director and some of the Mgmt team on a few airport visits in and out of the country and get that fixed please! People were coming unglued in that mess.
