East to get through. Good choice of food
I really like this airport. We fly into and out of this airport around 4/5 time a year. It’s kept cleaned and we mostly use terminal A where United Airlines is. It has plenty of restaurants to choose from and a store to buy magazines, water, candy most things you might need on a flight. Great airport to fly into.
Waiting over an 1.5 hours for bags on carousel 4. Apparently, only one belt works and you have 5 airlines in line to unload bags. Shameful on CVG for not maintaining the equipment properly. This makes us look like a bush league city. Not a good first impression for our out of town visitors. This needs to be fixed.
A HUGE shoutout to CVG TSA! A family member left his wallet at TSA before boarding the plane. He didn’t realize he left it until he reached his destination. A report was filed online and a message was sent the next morning stating the wallet was turned in by a TSA agent. They sent it to him and to our surprise everything was still in the wallet which included all the cash.
PLEASE get CLEAR to speed this ridiculous place up. Your security lines are unnecessarily long, mostly due to the strange mazes you set up for your lines
