Pretty well run organization. Polite, helpful employees and decent signage.
I like this airport, but the parking situation is a nightmare. Getting buses to and from long term parking is frustrating. Waiting at the airport and the line of people going to long term parking is so long I had to wait for the fourth bus or 30 minutes at midnight. There needs to be some better foresight. The drivers...some are great. Others...I do not appreciate how I am blocked from getting on the bus if I do not have over my luggage. I took my daughter to the airport so she could fly to see her friend in Oregon. She was flying as an unaccompanied minor so I was able to go through security and back to the gate with her. Everyone from the Delta gate agents and representatives to the TSA agents were fantastic! I travel through CVG quite often for work and I’ve never had any problems that CVG is responsible for. It is always clean and everyone is very friendly.
coming from SW FL, had a layover here before going to Phila. It was pouring rain , flights were delayed. we saw the cart full of luggage taken from plane we arrived on, it did not even get covered up, but just sat out on tarmat in pouring rain for over a half hour before they loaded in next plane. even though we have hatdside luggage, the wind n rain was so bad it must of went through the zippers. when we got home and opened luggage, it was like a pool of water, everything inside was totally soaked, and much of it was gifts ... read more

Long term parking is a joke. It’s long term just to wait for a bus. I had to leave to short term or miss flight. Then they charged me $3.00. Rude and indifferent staff.
Sitting on runway for almost an hour because understaffed ground crew!!! American Airlines and CVG, bad combo.
