RecommendedFast & efficient service!
We arrive 2 hours before our flight. No one from Southwest was there at 5a to check baggage and did not arrive until 5:30a — Going through TSA was a maze of twists and turns ending up with 2 at a time walking side by side while dog handler and dog walked around back and forth between group of two before we were able to actually go through checkpoint and out to Gates. Your processes and practices need to be synced up.
I’m use to Atlanta airport being so busy so it was nice to have a slower pace.
Nice airport but the long term parking isn’t good. There’s 3 different lots, all with blue/green/white buses and our driver didn’t give us a tag when we left so it was hard to find out what bus to get on when we got back from our trip. Needs to be better differentiated
This airport is one of the most user friendly airports I have visited!
expect to wait 2 hours, regardless of airline, to retrieve your bag at this airport. you can set your watch by it.
Great airport never had a bad experience here.
Always fly out of here if Lexington not available. Shuttle was timely in Longterm. Flight delay some, but they made up for it. Nice and clean.
