I use the airport frequently, but when we arrived for a business trip this Wednesday, the ramp we normally take for arrivals on the left side apparently was closed and we were re-routed through a dirt road to the garage. What made matters worse is that there was no way to turn around so we had to go through the garage. Not being familiar with this space, we asked for directions and, by the time we found an employee who could help (two people), Dad ended up having to pay $3 for "parking" when he was just there to drop me off.... read more

I flew from your airport this week and they lost a whole bunch of my cloths and there is no one to call or talk to !!!
