I love CVG! Everyone treats each other with such respect and love! My home away from home.. making them my family!
Worst experience ever! Smash burgers: long wait, rude manager and staff. Subway: nice staff, out of 50% of the product and even toasted it’s still cold and sometimes frozen. SWA: Rude staff at the customer service, gate staff wonderful!
Love how friendly everyone is at this airport. Easy to navigate too. Highly recommended.
Thank you to the very kind TSA guys who helped my son, dog, & I today. We made it home safely. Lesson learned, don’t walk in lawn chemicals prior to going to the airport.
I've flown out of CVG for years and it has really improved over the past year or two. Prices for flights have steadily come down. Terminals have been improved with better shopping and eating choices. Staff at the airport is very friendly. Really surprised me to even see how friendly the TSA agents are at CVG. Free wifi and charging outlets is really nice too.
I usually fly out of Indy airport but after today I will always fly from CVG! They were so nice and getting through security was so simple. Also, the airport is so easy to navigate compared to Indy!
