I chose to drive an hour and a half over going to my local endodontist due to how friendly and helpful that Josh was during the scheduling process. He was able to see me almost immediately which was a major blessing due to the level of pain I was in. I was greeted and checked in by Josh. My assistant was Uta, and I was checked out by Laura Lee. Everyone was very professional, polite, and caring. I met Juan who made sure I understood the insurance part of my visit. Dr. Lea and Uta made sure that I was comfortable and informed during the entire process. Excellent experience for first visit. I had severe anxiety about getting a root canal, based on a past experience. Shanna , receptionist was helpful, warm and friendly. Gave me accurate instructions for my visit. Shelby was friendly and performed the x-rays efficiently and was thorough in getting them done.
