I was greeted and checked in by Josh. My assistant was Uta, and I was checked out by Laura Lee. Everyone was very professional, polite, and caring. I met Juan who made sure I understood the insurance part of my visit. Dr. Lea and Uta made sure that I was comfortable and informed during the entire process. Excellent experience for first visit. I had severe anxiety about getting a root canal, based on a past experience. Shanna , receptionist was helpful, warm and friendly. Gave me accurate instructions for my visit. Shelby was friendly and performed the x-rays efficiently and was thorough in getting them done. I had my 1st Root canal with Dr. Lea. The entire experience was terrific, from the check in to the check out. Josh, gave me directions in addition to checking me in. JoJo, the assistant was very friendly and upbeat the entire time, she made me laugh and eased my nervousness. Dr. Lea was very helpful. I talked with Josh about my appointment. I was hesitant to go as I just moved to GA. Josh was amazing and had nothing but good things to say about Dr. Lea and his team. Monique checked me in and out. Tina was the assistant. It was a seamless experience. I would definitely recommend going to Dr. Lea. I appreciate the team's compassion, patience and also their knowledge.
Had a great experience at Coastal Endodontics. Josh was able to get me the appointment I needed and then Delaney checked me in with out any fuss. Jutta was a brilliant and kind German lady who set me at ease while I waited for Dr. Lea.
