I have been patronizing Coastal Endodontics for a long time, and I honestly wish I could use them for all of my dental concerns! Everyone there is super professional, really friendly, and REALLY good at their jobs: Dr. Lea, Dr. Ferriera, Josh, Delaney, Donna, and Tina are all rock stars. I have only gone to the Richmond Hill office, but I am 100% certain that all of the offices would be just as great.
On 13 July 2021 I had an appointment with Coastal Endodontics and had Dr. Michael Ferreria evaluate my broken tooth. I "sort of" knew what needed to be done prior to the visit. After discussing several options I decided upon a root canal to prepare the tooth for a permanent crown. Dr. Ferreira's expertise and professionalism resulted in a good root canal with minimal to no pain or discomfort; only 90 minutes elapsed from start to finish. He helped fixed my tooth and explained through out the entire procedure what he was doing and what was going on. His explanation was greatly appreciated and help me understand. In a dark time, the team here has come in extremely clutch. I had already been through a lot with wreck related injuries. Mr.Josh made sure my registration process was thorough and easy for me. Mrs. Tina was super helpful and calming pre procedure, procedure, and post procedure. Mrs.Monique was kind and thorough as well prior to me leaving. I’m so grateful for such a lively and outstanding team!
Everybody at Coastal Endodontics was great today. Everything went well, I was comfortable during the procedure, and most of all, the toothache is GONE. Thanks to Shanna, Ali and Dr. Lea for the excellent service !
I have now had two Root Canals with Dr Lea. He and his staff Shelby, Shanna and Ali made me feel comfortable and well informed thru the entire process. Dr Lea explains everything in great detail during the procedure. There are no surprises and I was never in pain. Wendy called to check on me after both procedures. I highly recommend Dr Lea!!!!

This dental place thus far is the best experience I have ever had! They have been treating me since last year as a veteran. The doctor made me feel at ease again, but most importantly the beautiful office manager Monique was able to get my treatment approved super fast because I was in so much pain. I did not look forward to my root canal procedure, because I am a "chicken". However, being welcomed by 2 charming Ladies - Shanna at the front desk and Dr. Lea's assistant Ali - I felt instantly much better. Not only were both Ladies charming, but also ensuring. Dr. Lea is a "magician" in what he did. No pain whatsoever. I was thrilled and still am.
