I have now had two Root Canals with Dr Lea. He and his staff Shelby, Shanna and Ali made me feel comfortable and well informed thru the entire process. Dr Lea explains everything in great detail during the procedure. There are no surprises and I was never in pain. Wendy called to check on me after both procedures. I highly recommend Dr Lea!!!!
Had a root canal done this morning, I am very satisfied. Everyone was lovely, kind, and considerate.
This dental place thus far is the best experience I have ever had! They have been treating me since last year as a veteran. The doctor made me feel at ease again, but most importantly the beautiful office manager Monique was able to get my treatment approved super fast because I was in so much pain. I did not look forward to my root canal procedure, because I am a "chicken". However, being welcomed by 2 charming Ladies - Shanna at the front desk and Dr. Lea's assistant Ali - I felt instantly much better. Not only were both Ladies charming, but also ensuring. Dr. Lea is a "magician" in what he did. No pain whatsoever. I was thrilled and still am. I didn’t know root canals could be pain free, but that’s what Dr. Lea is all about! Friendly administrative staff (Shanna) and assistants (Ali and Shelby) put my mind at ease, and Dr. Lea worked quickly while explaining the process. He’ll make sure you don’t feel a bit of pain and even crack a few jokes to keep things light. I’ll never go elsewhere!
Was a little nervous but between the courteous and informative staff, i felt confident in getting the procedure done. I was greeted with a smile at checkin with Juan who was very patient when I missed some entrees on the provided forms. Shanna was helpful with directions, paperwork and billing. Ali was pleasant and caring before and during my procedure. Dr. Lea explained every step of the process and made it painless.
I was very scared but Dr. Lea made it so easy that I immediately relaxed as he explained to me the procedure step by step
