Great fast and courteous experience. Jolo was great making sure I was comfortable and helpful. Deaf don't mind returning if I have any other issues. And would recommend to all my troops.
Dr. Lea is experienced, personable, and uses all the latest technology to make the experience as painless as possible. He explains what he's doing and gives plenty of opportunity for questions. I'm a repeat customer.
Never had a root canal before and I was a little nervous. But Carol, Jutta Donna and of course Dr Lea made my first time a breeze! Thank you so much and I would defiantly recommend you to anyone.
From the moment I stepped through the door, I knew I had come to the right place. All of the office staff are terrific and the office feels very homey & welcoming. Not sterile and cold like some dental practices. And Dr. Lea was outstanding!! He explained everything so well, and was kind & gentle and reassuring. This is my 3rd visit to Coastal Endodontics, and it was for a root canal retreatment. Dr. Lea never ceases to amaze me, and his staff Donna, Jutta, and Bobbie are wonderful as well. Dr. Lea is still excellent and outstanding. He is also very thorough, and he took the time to explain the retreat as well as inspect my previous two root canals with him. This is the 1st time I ever had a painless root canal. From the time I entered the office I was greeted with a warm welcome from Melissa and the waiting room was also warm with comfortable seating not the regular chairs and T.V while you wait. The Dental assistant JoJo was equally pleasant and made me feel me comfortable throughout the entire procedure. And it the checkout was quick and easy and a big smile from Monique ended my visit. There was an issue with their internet on the day of my appointment so they transferred care to their Hinesville office. it was a little further drive but care was not affected. I was greeted by a very friendly Donna who promptly got me to see Tina the dental assistant who made me feel at ease and well informed throughout the whole procedure. Monique checked me out promptly to be on my way. overall fantastic friendly experience.
