It was great. Friendly staff and expert care. Check in person Bri was really nice and helpful. Dental assistant was very nice and compassionate to my care. Great Dental care all around. Dr Ferreira was very professional and gentle while performing my root canal. Explained everything and even showed me what the last doctor had left in the previous root canal. He was very compassionarte. Always asking if I was okay. Great doctor.

ALERT!!Whatever you've heard about root canals, throw it out of your memory bank!!! This may sound crazy, but I mean it when I say I'd rather get a root canal over a filling! Dr. Lea is top tier when it comes to root canals. I experienced no pain before, during and after the procedure. My face was not swollen when I left the office and I was back to work the next day. Dr. Lea explained everything about the Root Canal procedure and possible outcomes. Would highly recommend him and his wonderful staff. I had a painless Root Canal!!
Dr Perez was the actually the one at the Richmond Hill office on my appointment day. Everything is modernized and he was great at explains his every move and step in the procedure, he treated you like his family. From the check in desk Juan was very personable and polite, then Lay his dental asst was very personable and helpful as well as Stacie met the same expectations when I checked out. You could not ask for a better place to have root canal done.
Dr Michael Ferreira and the entire staff( Stacie, Keely, Danielle) were very professional. I did not have to wait and was greeted with a smile. Excellent care was taken during my procedure. I highly recommend this office for your dental needs. Ron Chaney
Everyone made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I get very anxious in dentists office. Dr. Lea was amazingly compassionate. Listens and gives feedback without being critical. The others who made me feel relaxed and welcomed were JuHa, Stacie and Danielle. I won't go anywhere else. Wish he could do all my teeth work.
Staff worked me in on an emergency basis. Had never been a patient there before. Danielle, Doryea, Monique, and the Dr. were awesome. Definitely recommend this great group of people. Thanks for your help!
Dr. Lea did a great job of preparing me for each step of the procedure so I knew what to expect. The process didn't take nearly as long as I had anticipated and the amount of pain & discomfort was minimal. I only needed one round of Ibuprofen afterward.
