My husband and I have been patients at Coastal Endodontics for years and Dr Lea is amazing. He is a good listener, answers all questions and explains everything in detail before, during and after procedures. He and his assistant Wendy went beyond my expectations today by making sure I was more than comfortable in every way. Dr Lea also uses new state of the art laser equipment and made sure I was in no pain during the procedure. They also take insurance and not all Dr's in this area do. I recommend them very highly!
Dr. Lea is very professional and thoroughly explains the entire procedure in a way that a lay person can understand. Everyone with whom I interacted with in the office was very friendly and professional.
I went to see Dr Lea for a root canal. I was a little apprehensive about going to a new doctor. After going to his Hinesville office and seeing his office staff(Monique, Ali and Niccole) at work. I have no problems suggesting them to anyone who needs a root canal. They are AWESOME. They have the newest and most advanced equipment to perform a root canal painlessly, easily and quickly. I was referred to Dr. Lea and his practice, through my local dentist. I would drive over an hour just to receive their services. From checking in and checking out with Josh, who was so incredibly kind and helpful with my schedule, any way he could be. Then to the back of the office, with the kind, outgoing and professional dental assistants Jo Jo and Rebecca. This practice is amazing! Shanna at the front desk was friendly and knowledgeable. Shelby was Dr. Lea's assistant for my procedure that day and she was awesome. Very warm and friendly. She was very attentive to my needs and comfort. Which is necessary when you are having dental procedures that are a little unnerving. Dr. Lea was just fantastic also. Dr Lea has such a caring professional team. He is was awesome: great personality and technically correct. He took great care to make sure I was comfortable and gave me breaks when needed.
Outstanding care! Pain free and extremely helpful staff and doctor. Will highly recommend to anyone in need of a procedure. Shelby at the front desk was extremely polite and professional. Ali was by far the best dental assistant I have ever meet and Dr. Lea by far was the most experienced Dentist I have ever seen. Walked you through the entire procedure as he was completely it which helped you forget he was even doing a procedure!
I arrived nervous but when I left that wasn't the case. Dr. Lea, Donna, JoJo and Josh were great. Donna was very pleasant when I arrived. Everything was explained well. Dr. Lea and JoJo had a great sense of humor that helped put me at ease.
