Over the last three years, Dr Lea has performed two root canals for me with excellent results. He has invested in and employs the latest in dental technology which results in a superior root canal outcome and is surprisingly comfortable. Also, he is very caring about his patients and has a great relaxing demeanor. He is very friendly. For having a root canal, I had a wonderful experience. Top notch endodontist and staff that not only knew their 'stuff' but appear to enjoy their jobs. That says a lot for a place of business.Dr Lea is enthused about his work and explains every procedure as he goes. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by Mariana, to the prep work with me and then assisting Dr Lea during the procedure of Emelia and then check out with Monique, I felt like they cared. I had a great experience from check-in to chair. The front desk clerk was very nice and accommodating. He was friendly and made sure I understood what was to come. The dental assistant, Alexis, was amazing. Her professionalism and bubbly personality caused me to feel very comfortable, seen and heard. Dr. Lea is a phenomenal doctor. He explained everything and took care to make sure I was comfortable and the best thing of all is that he cracked little jokes, and that made me comfortable because I love humor. From the time of Check in the care team of Donna, Alexia, and Monique understood how terrified I was of having a root canal, they went out of their way to make Mr feel relaxed and calmed me down before procedure.
Dr. Lea and Staff (Sydney, Bobbie, and Monique) were true professionals, very courteous and communicated well from start to finish, made my root canal procedure as a first timer a very pleasant one, go see them for all your Endo needs.
The professionalism of the staff and ease of making an appointment was exactly what i needed. All the staff, Sydney, Jojo and especially Monique were excellent. Dr. Lea ain't so bad either, matter of fact he is excellent. He talked me through the entire procedure and afterwards gave me a through briefing if i had questions or problems. I definitely recommend the whole crew to anyone needing this type of service.
Everyone was very nice. Tiffany and Candy was exceptional with there service and Dr. Lea provided great service.
Dr. Lea recently did my root canal. He and his staff are excellent and would highly recommend him. Appreciate them getting me scheduled and the follow-up.
