Pleasant experience for a root canal. Dr. Lea was very kind and professional. Made sure there was no discomfort at any time. Excellent, latest technology equipment, was used and detailed explanations of each step of the procedure. From the first call with Laura Lee, (she got me in the same day), to check in with Monique, to Dr. Lea’s assistant, Jutta, (during the x-Ray and procedure), and check out with Laura Lee, the entire process was better than anything I had ever experienced for a procedure of this nature. Absolutely amazing staff! I checked in with Delaney who was very nice and welcoming. Tina was the assistant and she was so sweet and comforting and also very professional. Dr. Mangin was great! He explained everything in detail and I was not left wondering about anything. He and Tina were an excellent team, making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. Dr. Lea and his entire staff were great. From Delaney at check in all the way to Josh at check out. Dr. Lea and his assistant Tina always let me know what they were doing and why and explained what they were seeing on the xrays. Delaney was very polite about asking me to wear a mask and explaining the paperwork I needed to fill out. Josh explained the billing and follow up procedures.
Almost painless - Dr. Lea explained every step of the process and his assistant Shelby was excellent. Shauna handles the front desk very professionally.
Awesome experience, very helpful staff. During my son’s root canal both Dr. Lea and his assistant Josh explained everything and kept us at ease during the entire procedure. Before leaving all my follow up procedures and what to do if a problem occurs was explained by Dr. Lea. Josh even brought me a blanket to keep me comfortable during my son’s root canal . Front desk, Shawn was pleasant and helpful also. Thanks for all the great service! Best root doctor!!
The best dental experience I’ve ever had! From the check in with Delaney, the assistants Jojo and Tina and checking out with Monique, these ladies were all so friendly and professional! Dr. Lea uses top of the line technology and my root canal was almost painless. He talked me through the entire procedure. If you’re hesitant about getting the procedure done or thinking about going somewhere else, don’t! Coastal Endodontics is the best!
If you have to have a root canal this is the place to go. The staff, Delaney, Terri and Laura Lee were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The office was modern and comfortable. Dr. Lea's confidence in his ability allowed me to relax. He took the time to explain the procedures fully. The high tech tools he used made it almost painless. I would highly recommend Coastal Endodontics.
Dr. Lea and his staff were great. Monique, Josh, Jutta and Laura were patient and very informative to what was going to take place. Dr. Lea explained in detail about the surgery. Everyone made sure I was comfortable from the beginning to the end of the process. Thank you for being compassionate and caring.
I just have to say, Dr. Lea is the kindest and most caring Endodontist I’ve ever encountered. I am so thankful I was referred to Coastel Endodontics!
