Dr. Lea is a very detailed endodontist. He ensures that you always know every step that he is doing and why he is doing it. Has a lot of patience and never rushes through the procedures. Even willing to stay late into the night if his schedule has shifted to the right. Really appreciated this quality. Most people would say we need to reschedule. The two ladies (Monique & Serena) who I had dealings with in the front office were very professional and friendly. Jutta, Dr. Lea's assistant was also very professional and friendly.... read more
Although the wait was long, i came out feeling better than when i first arrived. the staff personnel were great. thanks to Serena, Jutta/Tina, and Monique. hope yall have a chance at that cruise!
I was very happy to find an endodontist that would see me after regular business hours. The staff was friendly and worked with me during my emergency situation. Shanna worked with me to make sure I was seen as soon as possible as I had to drive 2 hours in pain to get there. Tina made sure that I was comfortable and explained the process to me. Check out was a breeze with Serena. The whole process was quick, courteous and I felt 10 time better after my visit. The pen was a cool touch! lol
Before my appointment I struggled to find the office building when my GPS disconnected, but I called the office and Josh came outside and guided me to the location. Once I entered the building Serena checked me in and greeted me with a warm welcome. After being checked in JoJo came and escorted me knowing I was a little nervous she was very kind and managed the X-ray process. On November 12, 2019 this was the first time I have ever had a root canal. My experience was super fantastic, the first person you meet is Lauralee she made me feel welcome by her warm greetings and I was addressed by my name without me identifying myself. I was quite impressed with Dr. Lea and his staff when I went in for my dreaded root canal. I was greeted by Josh’s smiling face and he patiently went over the paperwork with me. Dr. Lea and his assistant, Shelby, understood how apprehensive I was and worked together making me completely comfortable as Dr. Lea did his magic on my tooth. Serena was just as wonderful and we chatted about our dogs as she scheduled my next visit. If you’re in need of a dreaded root canal — Dr. Lea and his staff will take care of you!
