Shanna, Shelby and Monica worked very quickly to get me in same day as I called with a very swollen and very painful mouth. I was there getting seen 4 hours later. I was so grateful they were able to see me so quickly. I was miserable. Everyone was so sweet and understanding with how much pain I was in. The experience was very scary and even Dr. Lea walked me through every step and constantly stopped to check on me as he was working. I want to let everyone know how amazing my experience was at Coastal Endodontics. Everyone in the office were very professional and friendly and made me feel at ease. Jolene checked me in and was awesome, laughing and talking to me like she knew me forever then Jutta was the assistant and was amazing very sweet, friendly and supportive. Dr. Lea and his staff are “TOP NOTCH”!! When I got to the office, Laura Lee checked me in and noticed that I was in extreme pain. She notified Tina and Delaney and within minutes I was in the exam room getting prep for my root canal. Dr. Lea came in shortly after that and began relieving me of my pain. He explain the problem and talked me through the procedure before and while he was doing it. Their first priority was to make me comfortable and then resolved my issue. Dr. Lea is a very detailed endodontist. He ensures that you always know every step that he is doing and why he is doing it. Has a lot of patience and never rushes through the procedures. Even willing to stay late into the night if his schedule has shifted to the right. Really appreciated this quality. Most people would say we need to reschedule. Although the wait was long, i came out feeling better than when i first arrived. the staff personnel were great. thanks to Serena, Jutta/Tina, and Monique. hope yall have a chance at that cruise!
I was very happy to find an endodontist that would see me after regular business hours. The staff was friendly and worked with me during my emergency situation. Shanna worked with me to make sure I was seen as soon as possible as I had to drive 2 hours in pain to get there. Tina made sure that I was comfortable and explained the process to me. Check out was a breeze with Serena. The whole process was quick, courteous and I felt 10 time better after my visit. The pen was a cool touch! lol
Before my appointment I struggled to find the office building when my GPS disconnected, but I called the office and Josh came outside and guided me to the location. Once I entered the building Serena checked me in and greeted me with a warm welcome. After being checked in JoJo came and escorted me knowing I was a little nervous she was very kind and managed the X-ray process. On November 12, 2019 this was the first time I have ever had a root canal. My experience was super fantastic, the first person you meet is Lauralee she made me feel welcome by her warm greetings and I was addressed by my name without me identifying myself. During the procedure I had Tina who set up everything in a professional manner, she was nice and made me feel comfortable and relaxed the atmosphere was also welcomed.
