As of February 6, 2021 State Farm Web page is still showing my home owners insurance payment past due in the amount of $2,947.59 and this was paid on January 29, 2021. I have talked to State Farm several times about this issue and no one seems to care about fixing the problem. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE! If you are looking for insurance I suggest you look elsewhere!
Never in my life have I been more disgusted with an insurance agency then with State Farm. I added a non daily driver, and they jacked up the rate by nearly $100. They also ran a credit check without permission. The ads about caring, all lies. They only care about stealing your money and not about helping you.

This review is based solely on the service received from the call center located in DuPont, WA. A family member was involved in an accident a week ago. I call the claim center to make sure everything is in order. I was fortunate to have Will helping me. He went above and beyond to assist me in a stressful time. I later received a call from his supervisor, Blair, and had a great conversation my experience. I'm grateful for both Will and Blair for the service they provided.
State Farm is the worst, their customer hit my son at a controlled intersection, and got a citation and fine of failing to yield, while making a right turn out of the gas station. We both have liability, but he hit my son, and the police report even shows the diagram of how he hit my son. My son called the police too. They are claiming that it's not their fault and they aren't going to pay. They also had two aggressive women claim they already had the police report, when I haven't even received it yet. Starting from the beginning. I have had an auto policy w/ State Farm since 2006 with the same agent. I have only had 2 auto claims in that time frame. One was an accident with a deer and the other was vandalism thanks to some drunk idiots fighting in the parking lot. When my wife and I decided to buy our first home together, naturally, they were my choice for home owner's insurance, so we signed up for that in 2015. State farm is not a good neighbor. claim for home damage rain and hail denied with four leaks in the house roofs . They said that they see no damage .

I'm going back to Allstate. State farm has shown their true colors when dealing with an accident with both parties having State farm insurance. Glad to know that what State farm truly cares about it is its executive teams bonus plan.
Have had my home owners policy for 4 years and auto policy for about 7 years. Never had a claim. I was informed by 2 different roofing companies that I need a new roof due to the wind/ hail storm this year. I was told by both companies that state farm almost never approves a roof and they where right. The contractors suggested switching to a different insurance company, think I will. Cheap rates but why have insurance if you can't use it. Feels like I'm throwing money away.

State Farm is horrible! Their slogan “like a good neighbor” is a lie. A good neighbor would never expect money from someone who has just experienced a natural disaster! My children and I have lost everything, and been displaced! State Farm won’t even cover our temporary housing unless we pay them first! Smh!
