In early December, 2020, I was hit from behind on the highway. The guy was driving for ****, and showed proof of ******* ****** *********. $13,000.00 damage to my car. When I picked my car up from the body shop, State Farm collected $500.00 deductible.. stating that I would get it back when the insurance companies sorted things out. Really Bad insurance company. They are good only at collecting money. But when it is their turn to pay money all you hear are excuses.

Never have I ever had to be so nasty to get people to do their jobs. After getting my car stolen, and having video evidence and a police report filed, they have taken over a MONTH to get my claim to the right place to get the issue resolved. Let me be clear, it’s still in the process, and I don’t know when I’m going to have my vehicle back now that it’s been found. We have been with State Farm for 40 years. In that 40 years we have filed 4 claims. This year we had roof damage due to severe storms in *******. We received a check for $1,500.00, which didnt even cover the damage. Months later we had a tree fall on our fence due to another severe storm and received a check for $ 2,400.00 that didn’t cover the total cost either. We paid a lot out of pocket and didn’t complain. If I could give zero stars I would, even a 1 star is too much... home owners beware we were bullied into dropping a claim for a roof leak during COVID-19 in 2020 because they didn’t want to come out to investigate, which I understand but because we put a bandaid on the problem ourselves we were denied another claim this year for the same problem because in there eyes we had fixed it with caulking.... please find someone else we have been with state farm insurance for 25 years and it’s really sad they didn’t have our back...

State farm insurance had record profits last year, in fact so much so that the CEO got a $5 million bonus. And yet they continue to go up on our premiums! I am an older man on fixed income of less than $11,000 a year Social Security. I cannot work because I have a hip replacement surgery that has caused more problems that can’t be fixed. I have never filed an insurance claim on this policy and I’ve had it for at least 30 years. State farm supports fraud andnaids and abets criminals. They have a fiduciary duty to me and the public a implied contract. I reported insurance fraud to them 22 days ago, thier stance is. It's your problem. By them not reporting this major crime they have failed not only me, you the public as well. Horrible customer service. Have been trying to get a claim taken care of, each of my 4 calls so far have promised a deadline and then when I call back because I’ve heard nothing they state they’re at “high volume” of supplements and hopefully tomorrow. I asked to speak to a manager and that request takes 24-48 hours??
