On Wednesday, June 16, at 6:40 p.m., my son hit a pothole and flattened 2 of his tires. He called emergency roadside assistance, they told him that they would be there in 2 hours. To begin with, 2 hours on the side of the road is already excessive. I would leave zero stars, if I could. A State Farm customer hit my parked car and didn't report it. I had to sit and look at HOURS of video to find out who did it. He wouldn't file the claim so I had to do it. I included the pictures, police report and everything. After they told me they just needed one more picture of measurement ground to damage, I took them and submitted them. My family has used State Farm since my grandfather first got it so we've been with them a long time. Naturally I decided to use them for homeowners insurance for my first home. Beware, even if you file one claim, they will drop you. I also found out from another insurance company who is now receiving my business they have been overcharging me insurance for a single family home knowing it was a condo and the HOA covers the outside. Carol ******and her awesome staff Ms. Christy, Ms. Leslie, Ms. Darby and the others that I’ve had an experience with are amazing crew. They have always been very courteous since my Mother and I and family signed up for insurance with them. They always go out of their way to help. The customer service courtesy is phenomenal! They are very professional. They also are good at reminding us of upcoming payments by emails or courtesy calls. Thank you all for all you do.

Bad, really bad for you and not such a good neighbor! When it time to file a claim, you will be surprised that they will reduced your payout coverage and steal from you. Make it simple. They will replace half of a roof. Two 10 by 10 squares on my roof, Does that sound like full replacement? Hell No! It’s partial replacement and should I partial pay my deductible because they really don't want to replace whole thing. I had State Farm for years my particular agent was nice but the company they kept raising my premium and when I was rear ended by a driver driving under the influence I took my car to a shop that was their preferred. They gave back to me and I still had continual shaking and vibration when I reached certain speeds as well as when I stopped. They kept saying it was my rims and they fixed their part “there was NO frame damage.” So I went out and bought rims trying to fix the problem and it didn’t help. State Farm dropped us after 7 years of paying for insurance because we had two wrecks that weren’t our fault!!!! What a piece of shit company to do that to their customers.

State Farm is terrible! A semi truck insured by them (****** * ***********) left me on the freeway for dead. Accident happened in Nov. Adjuster accused me of lying. Said accident wasn't hit and run when it clearly stated it on accident report. Also newspaper and online headlines! Adjuster Sandra ********still giving me a hard time today with settlement. SMDH!!

I was left like a dog to die for about 4 hours. I called to request roadside assistance and even paid the remaining part because only 12 miles are covered. I was told I'd receive a call from the towing service provider shortly. More than an hour passed by and I heat nothing. I pick up the phone and call them again, and they say that someone from a towing company located more than an hour away is coming for me. I wait and hear nothing.
