I have been a State Farm customer for over 20 years & have always been proud to share that with people. The girls in my local office are friendly, knowledgeable, & helpful. As a victim of an accident where the other driver was a State Farm member I have had the worst service ever. They refuse the move the complaint along until they talk to their member, despite the fact that the driver was cited by the police for improper backing. They have been trying to reach their client for 17 days with no success and refuse to begin processing the claim until they "hear his side of the story" Meanwhile I am out a drivable vehicle. My partner has been a customer of State Farm and agent Betsy Warner for more than 25 years. We have our home and car insurance with State Farm. When our home was flooded with a mixture of rain and sewer water on Labor Day 2020, we called Ms. Warner to let her know what had happened and to file a claim. We couldn't reach her and were routed to a regional State Farm office. We were told that we were not covered for this type of water damage. If You Have State Farm Please Stay Away! I trully wish I could give them zero stars. I have been trying to get help to fix my roof for 4 months. Since I put in my claim for weather damage in May; I have been given the run around. First claim representative I had did not respond to my calls. Not helpful at all!!! Unfortunately, because of certain circumstances, I have had to stay with this company for a while, however they are full of surprises! Last month, I was given a quote by an agent & made the first payment via phone to get it started. Since I was thinking I would only be charged the amount I was quoted, I signed up for auto pay. If I could give zero stars I would. I was a client of Chris L****** for many years. I always paid on time and they screwed up my coverage by canceling one of my policies without my notification. I ended up having a medical emergency which caused me to crash into a fence. I went to file a claim and was told my main car I was driving’s coverage was terminated when I added an additional car to my policy. Fair with my home damage claim,able to replace my roof and siding from hail damage. Very time consuming though process 2 months to complete but understand situations from storm. Adjuster treatment was excellent and personal .Adjuster was very fair in his estimate.

I had a car accident on 4/21/2020 state farm (Ben Tullos office shreveport La) last contacted me on 6/19/2020. The claim still has NOT been completed. I try to call the office they cant tell me anything. But they can send a letter in the mail canceling my insurance for the wreck and they still haven't even gotten the police report to see who was at fault!!
