My move involved taking my belongings out of a long-term storage unit and bringing them to my new condo. Many of the boxes were dusty, and some were starting to fall apart after being in there for so long. Johnston helped me tape up the weak boxes so nothing would spill out during the drive. They were very patient while I checked my inventory list to make sure everything was accounted for. It made the whole afternoon go much smoother than I expected.

I had some very fragile items, including glass shelves and framed artwork that I was especially worried about. I mentioned this to West when booking. On moving day, I saw how carefully they wrapped each piece and secured everything inside the truck. They did not take shortcuts, and they did not rush through the packing. When we arrived at the new place, every fragile item was in perfect condition.

I am so glad I hired professional help for my move into a senior living community last Wednesday. Daniel was very patient with me while I decided where to place my heavy oak desk and my collection of framed photos. The two men were very strong and handled the narrow hallways of the new building without hitting any of the walls. They made sure I was completely settled and comfortable before they left.

I highly recommend this crew for anyone moving a lot of gym gear. I had a 400 pound power rack and several sets of heavy dumbbells that needed to go up to a second floor spare room. Calvin didn't complain about the stairs once and worked quickly to get the rack bolted back together. They were very polite and made sure the floor pads were straight before they left.

Even if the vehicle is delayed beyond the three-day window, you won't receive a phone call. You need to make touch with them since they are all blinking on the dashboard. You beg for a refund since you have to get back to your house, but they don't give it to you. It is your fault that the move can't be finished since you really must go back to your house right now and just can't be away for another four days until a new truck is delivered.

Terrible communication on important matters, Moving with Choice Van Line was the toughest thing and I believe you should do proper research before hiring a moving company. These guys were so pathetic that I lost all my savings and my expenses just because of them. Don’t ever trust them. BAD PEOPLE!
