CON ARTISTS! Never, ever do business with them. In order to move my belongings, they raised the cost and demanded prompt payment. I was forced to sell my house because the closing was the next day. I've received around half of my orders. Everything I owned was either scratched, broken, or damaged. Every single package was broken. I still don't have my other possessions eight months later. When you call them, they don't answer! The fact that they are still permitted to operate as a business disgusts and enrages me.
The movers were very rude and unprofessional, Keep away your valuables from this company, Poor estimate and poor communication.
Moving my collection of vintage records was the most stressful part of my week. I have thousands of LPs, and the boxes are quite heavy when you fill them up. The guys showed up and carried the boxes two at a time to the truck. They seemed to know that the records were fragile. We drove across town, and they put the boxes in my new music room. It was a long afternoon, but my records are all safe in the new house.
